SynapseTech's total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
